Thank you for your interest in Falls Choir Association’s Jingle Bell Craft Fair to be held on Sunday November 24, 2024 from 9am to 3pm at Menomonee Falls High School. Set-up will start at 6:00 am Sunday only – there is no Saturday night set-up.
The Jingle Bell Craft Fair is a fund-raiser for the choir program in Menomonee Falls. The nonrefundable booth fee is $75 for a 10'x10' in the gym. Some spaces have electricity available on a first come first served basis for an additional $10.00 fee. 6 ft tables are available for $10 each, and chairs will be available until we run out.
All exhibitors are required to donate an item for raffle with a value of $10.00 or more. Attach your business card to the item donated. We will offer complimentary beverages to exhibitors before the show opens to the public.
The following rules and regulations must be followed:
1. All arts and crafts must be handmade.
2. All exhibitors are expected to keep their area clean and neat at all times.
3. Exhibitors supply their own tables and must be covered to the floor, and boxes hidden. Your entire display must be contained in your booth area.
4. Exhibitors must not leave before the fair closes.
5. No exhibitor will be allowed to sell food or drinks (including homemade candy or bakery).
6. Parents are responsible for children's actions; there is no childcare area available. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the school or on the school grounds.
7. No reservations for show space will be accepted without payment in full.
8. Booth spaces are non-transferable by crafters
9. The committee has the right to reject any application.
10. Registration fees are not refunded if application is accepted. If application is rejected fee will be refunded. If you have not checked in or called by 8:30 am on day of show your space will be given away.
11. It is understood that the School District of Menomonee Falls and all its employees, the Craft Fair Committee and all those connected with the Fair, shall be held harmless and relieved of any responsibility connected with the Exhibitors damages, liabilities, or losses.
12. Applications accepted until full.
13. Exceptions to these rules will be at the discretion of the Craft Fair Committee only.
